Tara Button, CPA
Tara is a 2003 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management/Accounting. In November 2015, she obtained her CPA license. Her experience includes tax preparation, financial statement preparation for businesses and individuals, payroll, quarterly and year-end payroll report preparation and audits, reviews and compilations. She is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served as past Chairperson of the Laurel Highlands Chapter of the Women’s Business Network. Tara is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Gerald Abel, AFSP
Gerald is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Administration. He participates in the Annual Filing Season Program sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service and is listed in the Directory of Federal Tax Return Preparers with Credentials and Select Qualifications. Coleen is a 1971 graduate of the Business Careers Institute with a certificate in Accounting. Coleen’s 30 plus years of experience includes tax preparation, tax planning, quarterly and year-end payroll report preparation, audits, reviews and compilations and financial statement preparation for both individuals and businesses. Coleen also provides support and training for all versions of QuickBooks and Sage 50 accounting software. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, Tax Professionals.com, and she is a past Board Member of Parentwise, Inc.

Martha Henninger, Founder
In September 1998 Martha took a leap of faith and opened her own firm in Greensburg, Henninger Accounting Services PC. In January 2013 Martha opened Simply Payroll LLC to further serve existing and new clients. In September 2022 Martha sold the firm to Tara and Gerald and retired after 24 years in business. Martha is grateful for all the wonderful clients she has had over the years who contributed to her long and fulfilling career. Now A&B Accounting and Tax Services LLC continues the business that Martha founded with a focus on quality, integrity, and professionalism.
